I have worked with Connor for the last 2 and a half years. In my 4th and 5th years of high school, we would meet at the gym at 6:30AM everyday to work on my skills and develop my overall understanding of the game. Connor was an assistant coach during my grade 12 season at Frontenac Secondary School and during that time he taught me how to read the game at a higher level along with pushing me to further my individual abilities on the court! The time we spent together on the court was integral to me reaching the USports level. Connor has also been a big role model for me, having shown me the work ethic and dedication that it takes to play basketball at the next level. During my recruitment process, Connor helping me reach out to schools and talked to his network of USports coaches to build interest in my abilities. He has played a big part in the reason why I am playing at Queen's and why I have achieved my goal of playing at the USports level. Our time together has not only made me a better basketball player, but also a better person.
