Monday Night Skill Sessions (7:00-8:00pm) - U11/U12 Girls COMPETITIVE

Skills sessions for athletes who are interested in developing their basketball skills to a higher level. Sessions will be be broken into general skills development, situational awareness/skills, and small sided games. Each session will have a different point of emphasis and the skills we work on will build into our situational skills and small sided games for the evening.

When: Monday evenings - Inclusive from January 5th to February 9th (6 weeks)

Where: Cataraqui Woods Elementary School (1255 Birchwood Dr, Kingston, ON)

Capacity: Maximum 12 participants
