Tuesday Night Skill Foundations (7:00-8:00pm) - Grade 7/8 DEVELOPMENT

Our Skill Foundations Program places an emphasis on individual player development - providing athletes with the space and time to deepen their understanding of the details that go into being a skilled player. Athletes will have the opportunity to develop situational skills in a controlled setting before applying the skills in small sided games. Each training session will have a different point of emphasis and the situational skills we work on will build into our small sided games for the evening.

When: Tuesday evenings - Inclusive from October 6th to December 8th (10 weeks)

Where: Cataraqui Woods Elementary School (1255 Birchwood Dr, Kingston, ON)

Capacity: Maximum 12 participants
